Orders and delivery
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance can depend on inventory, accurate information, payment authorization, security review, charges and delivery availability. After payment authorization, handling normally takes 1–2 business days and carrier transit after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days. Returns and exchanges
We consider requests within 30 days after delivery for qualifying new, unused non-defective items as well as for defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially different goods. This may include a change of mind or an incorrect choice when the item remains eligible. Request approval and the exact return instructions before mailing. The parcel includes a free prepaid return label for the approved mail-back process, no restocking fee applies, and exchanges depend on review and available inventory.
