We consider requests within 30 days after delivery for qualifying new, unused non-defective items as well as for defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially different goods. This may include a change of mind or an incorrect choice when the item remains eligible.

Labels, exchanges and refunds
Request approval and the exact return instructions before mailing. The parcel includes a free prepaid return label for the approved mail-back process, no restocking fee applies, and exchanges depend on review and available inventory. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days; bank posting can take longer.
